Adult Individual Counseling
Individual counseling for adults is offered to folks from all walks of life needing assistance exploring different areas of life, working through past trauma, reducing unpleasant symptoms, or working to build new connections and experiences. I use a collaborative approach that considers you as the expert on your experience.
Child/Adolescent Counseling
I work w/ children & adolescents 5 years+ on a case-by-case basis. While the majority of my clients are adults, I LOVE working with kids & teens and can offer counseling to those with needs I am comfortable working with. Your child deserves the best care possible, and I will not work with your child if I believe someone else might be a better fit. Please reach out to discuss your child's needs before commencing services
Couples/Multi-Partnered System Counseling
Counseling is offered to couples & multi-partnered systems with respect to your relational orientation (monogamous/non-monogamous/polyamorous. We will work as a team to explore the dynamics of your relationship and learn ways to better connect and find joy and satisfaction in your life together.

Typically 50 minutes with longer sessions available upon request

My rate is $100, and I do not accept insurance due to restrictions that can negatively impact quality of care. You can read more about those restrictions here and here.
I recognize cost can be a large barrier to accessing healthcare and strive to make my services accessible to as many as possible.
If my standard rate is not doable, please do not hesitate to reach out and discuss other available options
